Our Story
Podium Project Management is a bespoke Project and Cost Management practice, with the clients’ individual needs at the heart of everything we do. From our base in Co. Down, we work on projects across the UK and Ireland.
Anthony McNeill established the business in 2023. Anthony has 35 years of experience in the industry, with almost 25 years serving as a Director of a Global Consultancy. Anthony is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Adjudicator with membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Anthony has delivered over 100 projects, totalling over £1bn in construction value for almost 100 clients.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality Project and Cost management services tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our ‘open’ approach is reflected through every interaction we have. We build long-term relationships and take pride in being hands-on, committed, loyal and honest with our clients. We become invested in the project objectives and always have a collaborative approach to delivering projects.
